We took out a second mortgage on our home to pay Mid Atlantic Waterproofing company $10,000.00 to install a water management system to keep our basement dry. We've had nothing but problems ever since we handed Ed Williams, the sale rep/ chief inspector a check for the deposit. We've tried to rationally get assistance from the office manager Mark Russell and he is rude and offers no solutions what so ever. I will admit that after dealing with these issues with him since June, our last conversation with him was not a friendly one.

We got home last night to a very wet basement. There was no water even being directed into any of the three sump pumps that were installed. We paid $10K for nothing. Ed Williams told us if we ever had a water problem that a crew would be sent right out. Well right out to Mr. Russell is 12 days later.

Ed Williams showed us a bunch of pretty pictures and our basement doesnt look anything like his pictures. We were told we could even carpet the room after this installation. Thank god we didnt. We haven't been able to do much of anything with it. The floor was supposed to be completed in a manner that it was ready for us to install new tile. Well, let me tell you. It is so uneven that we've incurred additional costs in supplies to level the floor. It will never be right.

I dont want any more pretty brochures. I don't want anymore jolly salesmen. I want my basement to be completed the way we were told it would be.

Mid Atlantic Water Proofing East Coast USA

After being in contact with the owner or president of the company, they have agreed to send a crew to our home to correct the floor problems and the problem that remained with incoming water. They are sending a crew out on Sunday. So, we are pleased with the out come.
