Looking at how rimstop.com is responded to all the people on here complaining they've been ripped off and posting that they've sent the rims and posting fake tracking numbers, i'll tell you what rimstop.com did to me. I purchased rims and tires in Jan 04 and paid them by credit card for a total of close to $4500.

After the order went through they told me the rims and tires would be shipped out. A few days later some women calls and tells me the first set of rims are been shipped out. I thought wow what great service and what fast shipping. Few days pasted and the rims arrived and as they were been unloaded by the fedex driver I noticed the boxes were damaged and almost falling apart. When I opened the boxes to check the rims out I noticed one rim had no plastic cover and the center cap was missing.

When I opened the rest of the boxes up the rims looked like display models or the rims had been returned. So I called rimstop.com and spoke to the guy I purchased the rims from named 'Hope' and told him about the rims. He told me he would get a RMA number and I could return the rims. Because I trusted them I told them I would wait for my other rims and tires and then I would ship these back to them. He agree'd and told me the other rims and tires would be shipped by end of the week.

Six weeks later, number of long distance calls and the same run around I demanded a refund. Thats when I spoke to Sonny the owner who pretty much swore at me and told me to come down to Houston and talk to his face and see what would happean. I knew right away that I wasn't going to get a refund for the rims and tires and the damaged rims they sent me were not going to be returned. I called again and told them to refund my money and some women told me that I was a bad customer and that they would only refund 30% of the total amount. I told her I wanted a refund for the rims and tires they never shipped and that I was going send the other rims back.

She put me on speaker phone with Sonny and he laughed in my face and said 'we don't take credit card no more so I can't refund your money, sorry'. I had a enough so I called my credit card company and put a dispute for the charges, called the BBB of Houston and reported it. I also called the Houston police dept and filled a thief report and contacted the D.A. of Houston. For Months later the credit card company gave me all my money back. I have also been in touch with the D.A. in Houston to have these guys shut down. These guys are low life crooks that use there site to rip people off for hard earned money.

DO NOT BUY FROM RIMSTOP.COM, don't read what there posting. Go check the BBB of Houstons website and you'll see that these guys have ripped tons of people off. Also go to the DA of Houstons homepage and e-mail them for information on rimstop.com.
