I have had a PayPal account for years (the first one they locked me out of and won't let me into to correct my email address, so I had to create a whole new email address to sell my items on Ebay) and I have never had any problems making online payments until last week (apparently after they changed their payment policy).

My account is set up to pull from a savings account with my checking account as a secondary account. I paid for an auction item on 10.3, not realizing the funds were to come from my savings account. I didn't transfer the money to my savings account because I thought that it would be covered by my checking. I received an email from Pay Pal simply indicating that my bank rejected payment on 10.7. I then paid for the auction using my secondary account through PayPal. On 10.14 PayPal then again tried to take money from my savings account to pay for the auction that I paid for one week prior! On 10.16 Paypal then took money from my secondary account to pay for the auction a thrid time!

When I sent an email to get my money back, I did not get a reply. When I called Rhonda and Jose kept me on the phone for over 30 minutes to tell me that they were not going to reimburse me for the NSF fees or the two extra payments to the seller. Then to top off the winning conversation, before Jose hung up on me he told me that Alisha, his supervisor, will not be calling me back to discuss this any further. I wouldn't get my money back and I would just have to deal with it.
