Ripoff Report Verified Safe

I have tried my best to contact this company to see who or what this is company is. Somehow, I owe them 60$ and I don't know why. This has been on my credit report for several years, I happened to come across this through another problem I had.

No one knows about this company. Can someone please tell me how do I get this matter solved? I am already disputing this with the Credit Bureau.
If there is any other way to dispute this please let me know.
