On october 22, 2004, i arrived home after work which was about 7;30m as i entered my home in chandler i noticed furniture jewlery, pictures, and my dog missing, at that time i had called 911 which connected me to chanded i explainled to the operator what had happened she said an officer would be calling shortly to take the report. several hours go by i recieve a call from an officer who takes my report. i then ask if he would send some one to investigate, he then says no it is too late and evidents could have been messed with, i then demand some come and investigate from the precinct.

He says that is not possible. here is your report number and we will contact you if we find anything out. he then hangs up. I at this point am fuming i call the police and report a robbery and breakin, and they won't even come to the scene of the crime and investigate. So i go and call 911, get the operator and ask to speak to the cheif of police, she then says 'he is sleeping and we will not wake him up for this. At this point i'm lost don't know what to do next.

setting this situation aside for a moment On October 20 2004 I sold one of my vehicles to a freind at work i planned on dropping it off to him on oct.23 i go home that afternoon to get it and drop it off to him, to my surprise it is missing i rush in my house and report my 1997 toyota 4 runner missing, or stolen, i call 911 once again explain my vehicle was stolen and i would like to make out a police report for my stolen vehicle. Again i am told an officer will call shortly to take my report. Two hours later i recieve a call from an officer stewart from the chandler pd. he takes my report once again i am givin a police report number. Feeling uneasy about the chandler police at this time i cal the nearest city 911 and i was the arizona dps 911 i tell them my story and ask if they would call chandler pd and verify that police report was complete, she does so then calls back and says yes they said it was complete.

I then ask her how long it takes for that vehicle to have an a.p.b out she said 20 minutes after report that vehicle should be public notice to all as being stolen. Ok well to this day i have no police report but 4 days after i report stolen i get a call from officer stewart. he says vehicle is in front of chandler pd. i can come get it. i tell him i am at work no way i can pick up it was 11 pm 0n a friday, what can he do with it till i can inspect. he said he has to have it towed to the nearest tow company, ok then if that's all you can do ok, i will pick up when i can, about three days go by i i go to pick up and tires, stereo, all paper work, garage door opener. ect are missing. i call to report this damage to the vehicle and find there isent even a report of a stolen vehicle, yet vehicle ends up at chandler pd, i have phone records reciept from tow company that was a call from chandler pd to cactus towing to pick up stolen 4 runner from pd to take to tow yard.

So here's the rub. i pull up one day to my house, my neibor come up as i get out of my truck and says what were the police doing here the other day removing your furniture, they say two police cruzers and two white trucks were here with trailers for about two hours wen they were done two men removing items from house walked to officers in cruzers shook there hands and thanked. I was floored. i called chandler police department and asked if they was gps tracking on there cars they said yes i asked if they could check to see if there were two cruzer at 502 w cheyenne dr. on oct 22 she said no i must be mistaken. So what do i do i have phone records police report numbers. a damaged vehicle missing dog, and items stolen from my home my neibors witness to the chandler pd as being the only suspects? help how do i or who can i report this too!!!!!!
