Ripoff Report Verified Safe

Mortgage company did not pay homeowner's insurance bill.

Received notice in mail from insurance co. that policy was cancelled 5 days ago. Had to reinstate the policy myself and pay the the bill out of my own funds.

Mortgage company said they were short staffed and would get to me as soon as possible. I kept calling for days but got no response.

I was without homeowner's insurance for 5 days and did not even know it.
