Colorado Springs, ColoradoI bought this product for a relative in another state. I called FBK products because the maintenance guy who repaired my mom septic tank stated that this solution was not helping. I order the product in January and I found this out in the beginning of March and I reported it to the Customer Service Represenatative. She told me she would let me close out the account on March 21st at $100 just go ahead and send in second payment. When I called to verify she noted my account I found out she did not and now she denies telling me this said she can't do it because I should have closed out the account on the same day i spoke with her. Then I asked for a Manager who was Mr. Griffin told me that they were neve allowed to make such an aggreement and he knows she never told me anything like that. So he basically called me a liar.

Septic Remedy - ?
This is in response to the person Shantae in Colorado Springs, CO. I have used this product for a long time and have had good luck with it.If you are having trouble. Have the Septic system fixed first.Making sure that the fields in the system are working like they should.
Mine, due to other people did not take care of the system like they should. I had to have another drain field.Now that it is working, I make sure nothing goes down the drain that shouldn't. Also, check to make sure your Mother is NOT USING any soap that is ANTI-BACTERIAL, it will kill the good bacteria that breaks down the solid material.
Once the system is cleaned out. Then start it up with 5 to 10 lbs of bakers yeast. You can get this from a bakery supplier. The only thing with this Company, new is....a new twist. A Septic Insurance Policy. So much per month. No I did not get it. They call too early and too much.
