I REFINANCE MY HOUSE WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL AND AT THE END, EVERYTHING WAS DIFFERENT OF WHAT HE HAD SAID. MY ORIGINAL LOAN AMOUNT WAS 214,000 DOLLARS AND AFTER REFINANCING MY LOAN WHEN UP 16,000 THOUSAND DOLLARS MORE AND MY RENT WHEN DOWN ONLY 200 HUNDRED DOLLARS. NOW I AM STUCK WITH THIS HOUSE BECAUSE NO ONE IS INTERESTED IN BUYING A HOUSE WITH NO EQUITY.

HE PROMISE TO HAVE MY PAYMENTS DOWN TO 1500 DOLLARS AND MY PAYMENTS END UP BEING 1779 DOLLARS A MONTH. HE ALSO PROMISE TO PAY ME 258 DOLLARS A MONTH UNTIL THAT HOUSE SELLS. BUT I NEVER GOT ANY MONEY AND HE SAID THAT THE CHECKS GOT LOST IN THE MAIL

I ALSO SENT AN EMAIL TO THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE IN MINNESOTA BUT I DON'T KNOW IF THEY ARE STILL INVESTIGATING

THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO DO BUSSINESS WITH SPECIALLLY HISPANIC INDIVIDUALS BECAUSE I SIGN ALL THIS PAPERS AND I GOT RIPOFF BY THIS GUY

I HOPE I CAN GET SOME HELP ON TAKING THIS COMPANY OUT OF BUSINESS.

Due to client's confidentiality information, we're unable to reveal any information about this loan. However, both BBB and department of commerce have investigated this issue, and have received documents from mortgage one. No further action has been taken from these enforcement agencies due to the fact that Mortgage One did deliver what we've promised to Ms. Joaquina.

Mortgage One & Finance has a great reputation as a mortgage broker in Mpls community; we are a member of BBB, minnesota association and national.
