akron, OhioCustomer service is very lousy and rude, service goes out all the time, very rude when you ? Why, I stated I wanted to cancel my service. I was paid for a month in advance, they said no money back had to keep for full month. Guess what the turned my service off, and never refunded money. I filed paypal complaint for my payment,and they send me threating legal letter Trust me. Go the other way and run Here is the letter they sent me, not to mention. I have found many more people they have treated badly,and ripped off
We will forward this to collections. You will face legal matters if necessary and we have recorded all emails, live chats, phone logs, etc on file. You are committing illegal activity called fraud and collections will appear on your credit report with the three major credit bureaus.

Lie
This is a total lie. The person requested a refund that was not acceptable on dedicated servers and he knew that. She was just being a plain pest and actually was a drunk rude himself on the phone, impossible to understand a word he was saying. Her business (hosting) is non-existant now. That speaks for itself.
Do not believe this lie. She's a drunk for crying out loud.
