Ripoff Report Verified Safe

This company gives you a Pre-Approval letter and leads you to believe that you have mortgage lending. Then when it comes time to ratify your contract they suddenly remember that they are not licensed in that state. Then they give you the name of their 'High Interest' buddies because you are in a hurry and don't want to lose your house. While I have no proof, there has to be some nice kick backs involved in this scam. BEWARE of Premier Mortgage Funding Inc.
