PEMBROKE PINES, FloridaAfter the three year period on the initial agreement, we decided to cancel the service with Hometeam Security. We called and sent a letter on May 2004. They continued to bill us and they even re-newed the contract.
They claimed they never received the letter. Moreover, we sold the house where the system was installed and informed them as well. They now have a collection company charging us $489.69 for a service we cancelled on time. The collection company is Anderson, Crenshaw & Associates, LLC.
Now that I see the different postings, it seems to me that this company has this ripoff scheme with all their clients...
