If you are an attourney or can help to bring these people down, please read this completely. They are ripping off a bunch of people like this and I'm sure there is a class action opportunity here. If nothing else, *someone* needs to stop these crooks!

I signed a 'record contract' with these shameful ripoff artists over 7 months ago. One option in the contract was to pay them $100 to have our CD distributed through their website. We elected to do this not because they have a quality website but because we have a large online following and we just needed a place to direct our fans so that they could buy our CD and have it sent to them. Real easy, we were practically ready to hand these guys thousands of sales. All they had to do was take the orders and mail out the CDs.

If you visit their website you will see what a cheap pathetic excuse for a 'web page' they are selling these artists to begin with. Well, they took our $100 and now after 7 months they still haven't been able to put up our web page to sale our CD.

I've been after them about this forever. For the first few months the answer was always that our web page would be up 'any day now', 'pretty soon' or that someone was 'right on it'. It never happened. Eventually they stopped returning our emails and phone calls all together. It seems they have just taken our money and made off with it and have no intention of keeping their contractual obligation.

They make their money by doing this to people *or* by misleading new / small time artists into thinking that signing up to them will somehow equate to record sales. They might put you up on their website but they aren't going to promote you, they're going to let you do the promoting and make their money off of all of your hard work.
