I found Infinity Movers online. When I called and asked for a bound quote everything sounded great. They even offered free storgae for up to 1 month. Because I did not yet have a new apartment due to my moving across country, this was very appealing. I gave a detailed description of all of my belongings and over-estimated the amount of boxes. I was given a very reaonable 'Bound Quote' I also asked what all was included in this quote. I was told everything but additional boxes and that as long as I packed my own boxes there would be no additonal charges plus I would recieve 3 wardrobe boxes free.

The movers arrive 2 days late.

I was told 4-7 days at the very latest for delivery. This was important because my new job required I go out of town on the 8th day. They were a day late and I had to have the only person I knew in this new city take off work to sign for me.

Then I recieve the 1st of many calls. A semi truck packed to the rim showed up with one man who insisted he was not a mover just a driver. Not to mention the truck wouldn't 'fit' into my complex. He wanted me to pay an additonal $500 for every additonal 50 ft and he wanted me to pay for him to rent a smaller truck to load all of my belongings in.

Then the man tells me I need a few friends to help unload and move the items. When the 'movers' left on pick up I was told everything they loaded and took apart would be unloaded and re-assembled in my new home.

Now the man is telling me he cant' find all of my belongings because the truck is too stuffed full. 'I am just the driver' he tells me. 'Do not be angry with me' Well where were the movers that were promised?

In the end, my sofa and love seat were destroyed, I lost 3 boxes which contained certificates, uniforms, awards, and promotions from the U.S. Marine Corps, and my dining table, chairs, coffee table and end tables could not be assembled because the company lost the hardware.

DON'T EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR MONEY, CREDIT CARD, OR ANY BELONGINGS!
