Baltimore, MarylandWe moved from Pembroke Pines, Florida to Baltimore Maryland. We scheduled the delivery with World Moving Services who I think out sourced it to Horizon Movers. The movers packed our things on October 1st with the understanding that they would be delivered by October 5th. Today is October 12th and we having not received delivery. We were told that the items would be delivered on October 11th but that has now been changed to October 14th.
In addition the quoted price for the moving services has increased by over $200. We are simply trying to get our items delivered without being ripped off.
The service provided has been very poor because we must constantly call them to find out when the items will be delivered. The company has made no attempt to deliver our items in a timely fashion.
