Brian Grazynski, rep from Davison said his team agreed my idea was great and they were eager to move forward with it for the low price of 685.00, they could determine if idea was patentable. What I received was an internet search, not even a real patent search of unrelated products but Brian reassured me this is what was necessary. he was very positive and excited in our conversations.

He said they could move to the next step of the inventigration process (designing) for $1000.00, ok sent the money. his excitement about my product was very convincing.

After some time passed he said his team was ready to continue moving forward but thye would be unable to apporach a company for licensing without a prototype (this conflicts with a previous contract stating a prototype was optional and that they could move forward without it)

He then said it would cost about $13,000 to build it. No way, but he said other options were available and he would send somehting to look over and make a choice. Finally chose payment of $9, 995 plus I htink 15 or 20% of any royalties. the $13k amount had only 5% of royalties attached. Ok managed to come up with 10k and paid it. Recieved what was supposed to be a 3D virtual image of the prototype, it was not 3D and certainly did not look anything like the idea I had originally submitted. Again, Brian's enthuisiasm took over and he convinced me this was good and they were ready to approach companies and he'd be in touch soon. He even told me the 1st company he was goign to approach.

After weeks turned into months of unreturned calls, I new I had been scammed. Davison did not make any attempts to license my product and the 'virtual image' I paid 10k for could be done by anyone on any computer for less than $5.00. I have since taken a different version of my idea to a local engineer, familiar with CAD and he was able to draw multiple detailed 'blueprints' that could be used with the patent application for $45.00. None of what Davison did could even help with the patent paperwork because the search was bogus and the image was not even close to what the idea is.

Stay away from Davison, they are not legitimate. They will take your money and run just like they did mine and many others. I took out a home equity loan to pay them and now I have nothing.
