Ripoff Report Verified Safe

I ordered from them on 11/24/05 after days of trying to reach them the order was canceled on 11/30/05 but they cahrged my credit card on 12/01/05.

I was given a refund transaction id # but no refund,I have called them as well as e-mailed them EVERYDAY only to hear the same crap. this was 12/6/05 'Dear Customer We will double check to verify the refund to your credit card was already made'.then 12/8 'Dear Customer,
Your order has been updated and will be shipped promptly.' I replied telling them i canceled and they sent 'Dear Customer, Your order has been cancelled and your transaction has been voided because the order is too old or the medication is out of stock. We apologize for this inconvienance.' again i replied what are you talking about? I just want to know where my money is!12/8 again ' Dear Customer,Can you please email us the last 4 digits of your credit card # so that we can look into this for you.' 12/9 order credited 11/30 refund transaction id #96******* Transaction Status: Refund Dear Customer,Your order has been cancelled and your credit card refunded. Please allow 3 to 4 business days for your bank to be able to process the credit. Use the Transaction ID # provided to verify the credit with your bank.' funny since they didn't take the money until 12/01.in betwenn these i got rude but won't go into to what all I said, On 12/15 'Dear Customer,Your credit will take an additional 72 hours to post. We apologize for this Inconvienance. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!' 12/19 'Dear Customer, We are having problems with our credit systems. Please contact customer service at 1-800-545-0405.' this number does not work! 12/20 'Dear Customer,Your credit will take an additional 72 hours to post. We apologize for this inconvienance. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!! ' and finally this brings us to today 12/21/05 'Dear Customer, We are having problems with our credit systems. Please contact customer service at 1-800-545-0405. ' AGAIN ! I am so mad! I have already filed the dispute with my credit card company, and I'm pretty sure after reading the e-mails they will get my refund, but I'm going to keep calling and e-mailing them everyday,twice a day if I can until I see the money on my credit card.

update

this is just an update on the problem. I was informed today (12-29-05)via their customer service number that their credit card system is down and i have to do a dispute through my credit card company to get my money back.I told the guy that they had no problem taking my money and he responded with there is nothing else they can do.then he got rude and said is there anything else I can help you with ma'am? I said yes put my money back and tell me how you can run a business this way, He hung up on me! GREAT customer service this place has
