I noticed a charge on my credit card bill for $100.00. I called Sams Club told them it is not my charge ,they replied they would research it and get back to me within 30 days. Well they mailed me a receipt with a charge for $156.00 from a a Samsclub store several states away in Ohio, the signature did not resemble mine at all, the account number was not mine. Well I mailed that receipt back told them what I thought, that it was not mine, not even close nothing matched. I called again several times no results always told some excuse like you have to go to the store where your membership is they will take care of it, well after wasteing another hour of my time at the store, the clerk there had no idea why they wanted me to go to the store that was a wild goose chase.

Thay mailed me another receipt in December from Illoinois with a different account number again, remind you I live in New York State. Last thing I was told now after several months of complaining, is yes were right to dispute it, finally I thought someone who could read receipts and membership account numbers. And they would remove the charge! Wrong they were willing to tell me anything just to get me off the phone, It is now going on 5 months I am still being charged the $100.00 and finance charges on top of it. I am thinking of takeing them to small claims court. or if anybody knows any other ways to get them to do something please let me know. thanks
