In August 2005 I enrolled in Professional Career Development Institue Home-study course, during the month of September 2005 I became ill, and was not able to start the course. During the first part of October 2005 I dropped the course from Professional Career Developement Institue. Several months ago I started to recieving bills for the amount of $167.08 dallors for thier services I never even used. Also, for the past two or three months I have recieved phone calls from Professional Career Development Institute at lease twice a week, inquiring on payment toward the amount owed. I have explained that I'm now on a fixed income, and will not be able to make payment until 1 May 2005. Professional Career Institue is now threating to turn the matter over to a collection agency, for the full amount of the course $900.00, if payment isn't satisfied immediatly.
