Watch out for Mr. Kennedy he has been convincing people to do mortgages in their name, for homes and getting the seller to give a check back to him for money that he should not be getting.
Mr Kennedy has done this to a young lady in OK. Had her to purchase a $700,500.00 home in Carmel, IN. He somehow had the seller to give him $125,000.00 at closing. Mr. Kennedy made 3 or 4 payments on the house and let it go into forclosure.
Mr. Kennedy gave the buyer $10,000.00 for doing this had she known that the seller was giving $125,000.00 to Mr. Kennedy she never would have made to purchase.
Not only does he pray on the young but the old as will. He had a 78 year old lady borrow over $200,000.00 on property that she owned and never paid back one penny. He tells people that he is going to put them into a program as to were they will make for each dollar that they put into the program they will get 25 back.

In Texas we've had instances like you describe, Loan Fraud has occured here. You need to report this to the proper OK state authorities (probably the state attorney general) and also to the FBI. This is a huge problem throughout the country and is a high priority now for investigation. Good luck in nailing him.
