sanford, FloridaThe company will not cancel the account which was opened on a trial basis. Now that the trial period is over, they will not cancel and tells me that I must wait until the last day of the period to give another notice to cancel which will be July 23,2006. Their office will be closed on the 23rd and therefore the notice would not be accepted. They will then charge me for another month. I should be able to cancel the account at any time during the month, especially since there was no previous nltification of such a stupid stipulation. This is a RIP-OFF!
