Philadelphia, PennsylvaniaI order something from netcarepharmacies.com in the amt of 46.20 plus service fee of 19.95. with my debit card from Bank of America in Philadelphia PA. The charge for merchandise has shown up yet but the $19.95 service fee is showing as was also done by Frontier Pharmacy. After I wrote to you about Frontier Pharmacy the $19.95 fee was removed the next day. I don't know if this was a coincidence or not. I will have to go to my bank and file an online banking dispute.
Immediately after ordering, I wrote to them at info@netcarepharmacies.com; got no response. Called them and got a recording and left a message.
Sent more e-mails and have copies of e-mails to them at support@, customercare@, customerservice@, and everything I could think of. I have all of the documentation. Please help.
