The subject of this Rip-Off report is a con-artist by the name of Jim Ferras (Ferris Pshulic), a Muslim native of Checnya. He has bilked investors to the tune of several million dollars by setting up Delaware corporations, telling the investors of fantastic inventions or products that seem to never materialize, organizing multi-level marketing Independent distributors to take orders for products that are most of the time never shipped, collecting the money in advance, paying the distributors for a while to get them hooked after quitting their daytime jobs to 'build their dream', then pulling the rug from under them by bankrupting the corporation, moving to another town and starting all over again.....he personally burned me to the tune of $5 1/2 mil in earned commissions...

I was informed of this confidentially by the MLM plan computer programmer. Several attempts have been made to sue and 'pierce the corporate veil', but he manages to hide all of his assets out of the country, some in Russian Banks. This is a man to steer clear of...as over 15,000 people in the US can attest to....

An Insider view of AdCalls and Jim Ferras

My Name is Scott K. and I am an Agency owner with AdCalls. My paychecks are 'ALWAYS' on time and in one instance I needed it before they were due and was told to just come to corporate headquarters and pick it up. It was waiting for me when I got their.

At the convention I attended I was very happy when they announced that Jim Ferras was going to be speaking. When Mr. Ferras did speak, he spent the majority of his time talking about his past failures and what he learned from them that has contributed to his current success. He was open, candid and forthcoming with some of the 'challenges' he's been through. In no way did he attempt to avoid the fact that he, like others have had their share of failures and success.

The entire point of his speech in fact was to encourage us, that if we had either in the past or at anytime in the future experience failure to use it as a learning tool and grow from it.

My point is this; our past does not have to equal our future. We all believe that tomorrow holds a brighter future and if we were all put on trial for our past failures, the courts would be clogged with people because we all have failed at 'something' in our past and yes it does affect not only ourselves, but others as well sometimes.

My next point is that if you look at AdCalls current client list, you will see some of the biggest company names in the world and believe me when I tell you that they perform a due diligence unlike anything you or I on our best day could ever hope to perform.

So, are we to believe an individual that makes allot of unsupported claims or the proof of the matter that these companies after their investigations into the company 'AdCalls' and Jim Ferras decided to go forward and invest their money, reputations and clientele into AdCalls and Mr. Jim Ferras?

As for me, I will always try to better myself, learn from my past, get up and keep trying to do things better everyday. I just pray that if I should “fall down" I can get back up and make a big comeback like many who have failed at something before me.

Here's to your success!

Can you handle the truth? about AdCalls!

Let's have a party on AdCalls...

Scott I understand where you are coming from and can appreciate your enthusiasm BUT if you just knew the history of Jim Ferras and AL Krauza you might rethink your comments about these individuals.

I have tape recordings I could play right now and everyone in AdCalls would say 'you see, these guys are honest' well, I might let you in on a secret, this recording goes back to year 2002.

Nothing has changed, except thousands of people have lost their savings in the hope that the dream painted would actually come true. This has NOTHING to do with their inability to make things happen but more so that AL Krauza and Jim Ferras have not been able to deliver. Is their system perfect and I mean the dialer? no and nothing is, BUT even today their are several things and parts in their software that are still not tracking 'working' correctly. Keep in mind that I have pointed this out over the last three years and it does still not work. Ten's of thousands of people purchased millions of business cards to hand out based on AL Krauza's suggestions and promises that all reps and advertisers would make .05 cents per click... OOPS that went away without a beep from corporate. We were promised MOVIES... OOPS, that went away...

Have you ever heard the word compression in the Genealogy 'downline rapport' it is actually mentioned in your contract with AdCalls. This part has been skipped by AdCalls and guess what, in doing so they have made millions of dollars they were not in title to. Manipulations with the Genealogy has taken place on a daily basis by Mr. AL Krauza and when pointing this out for several years the answer has always been the same, don't worry 'you will be taken care off'. I think I better stop here or you would see my entire rapport I have on Jim Ferras and AL Krauza not to mention all the different companies they have gone thru or started up. If they were to start a business for one million dollars they would never have started in the first place. You get it...

Trust these guys, Mr. Jim Ferras and Mr. AL Krauza... not in this live.
They had their chance but showed absolutely NO INTENTION to make corrections and if you would like to join AdCalls... HMMMM you better work fast so you can make a few pennies, step on family and friends until THEY find out what is going on and move on with their lives. So here you are back with THEIR dreams still spinning in your head...

Good luck friends, I wish you all the best, except do not call me with the AdCalls opportunity, I know too much. abcmgatznet

GOOD business Trust but Verify!

I see two posts about AdCalls. One involving 5odd million and another $100k. Give me a break.
Common sense would have stopped the bleeding long ago for yourself. The opportunity cost is $100/ or 500 or even at most $2500. Thats's cheaper than college and far cheaper than many startups. The generalizations about Ferras and Krauza seem disconnected from fact. I've met both of them at length. They made no such bad impression other than being very dedicated to their product.

What I do know is that MLM dreamers don't know how to sell very well, nor do they understand the mechanics of building sales teams and holding others accountable for performance. I take these complaints as far fetched to lose thousands or millions and end up HERE for the gripe. You can bet real businessmen would have long hired legal remedy.

AdCalls Falsely Advertised

I agree with the problems stated in this and other reports on AdCalls. The ads that were run were never truthful. Also, for the last month that I paid for ads, I never received my 6 ads. The quality of the leads were poor. People responding were actually looking for an actual job. They did not want to be their own boss. Bob Warren also promised to personally help us and to take care of us, and he never did. He even emailed me to tell me he would and he would call me. When he finally did call, it had nothing to do with AdCalls; it was over a completely different business... a travel agency business. He wanted me in on it, too. I guess we just finally had enough of being lied to, and decided not to do it.

He also advertised a car program in the ads he ran for me... funny there was no car program, unless you count the fact he gave one car away. Yep, that is it, ONE car, to ONE person. ONE car to ONE person out of supposedly thousands of 1099 independant contractors. Yeah, you are not even an employee.

I have much more to say, and will in my own report. Until then, stay away from AdCalls.

Thank You
