Ordered Michael Thurman's 6 Week Body Make-over. Received the shipment of this-- and have no actual complaints with his program. Have followed his advice, and much of what he says according to weight loss is very helpful-- and I've seen results when I follow his advice.

However-- My Credit Card was Billed for an order of Provida Labs 5-Way Fat Fighter tablets-- that I NEVER ORDERED. I run a very tight account with the ATM/Visa/Mastercard that I use for purchases over the internet-- and received an overdraft charge from my bank-- and put two and two together that I was billed without my permission for a total of $51.69 from Provida Life Sciences/Six Week Body Makeover.

This was utterly INFURIATING.

I NEVER ORDERED THESE...
And yet it had caused a couple of other business transactions to bounce-- on my account. Not Cool.

When I called Provida Labs to insist that they take the Fat Fighter tablets back-- and make a credit to my credit card. They said to 'throw the bottle away'-- because they had had a number of complaints from other customers-- due to the fact that the computer was set on 'Auto Shipment'-- and that people's credit cards were being charged-- regardless of whether or not they had placed an order for these Fat Fighter tablets-- or not.

They said that they had made a refund credit to my account--- but as of now... have not seen that appear on my statement.

Man--- What a SCAM
Provida labs is probably making MILLIONS off of this!!!
This is probably one of MANY SCAMS that are going on in the internet or TV credit card related ordering systems.

Beware....I never gave my permission for anything to be charged except for the actual 6-Week Body Make-over.
I am furious about this other charge... and wish that I could send the entire product back... however-- it is now over their 'trial period'.

Still waiting on them to credit my Visa account-- but as of now... it has still NOT GONE THROUGH.... even though they swore up and down that it had been credited.

Yikes....

If the charge was to your credit card (not debit card, check card, or checking account), contact the credit card company as soon as possible to request a dispute form. Consumers usually have a little longer to dispute fraudulent credit card charges (up to 6 months), but it is better to act right away.  In this type of situation, credit card disputes are usually successful since fraudulent companies often won't contest the disputed charge.  In rare cases, credit card companies will review disputes, but refuse to reverse the charges.  If this occurs, complain to a manager and let them know you will be filing a report here.  
 
Remember… Don't let them get away with it!   Make sure they make the Rip-off Report .. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action.
