Montville, New JerseyCurrencyExchangeProfits.com, Vertical Marketing LLC, and Gary Jezorski advertise profits of 1% per day by participating in currency exchanges by way of fees using the services of DXINONE.com. The profits statements are false and the guarantee is never honored.
They do not provide the telephone support which they advertised. They make you submit written tickets. When they answer the tickets, the answers just use circular reasoning and arguments but never get to the point.
They refuse to address the issues and do not honor their guarantee. The whole investment program was designed around a fraud.

Ricardo is a Year Late
Ricardo purchased my training program 11/29/2005... today it is 10/27/2006. So not quite a full year but pretty darn close.
Ricardo used my training and live phone and written support for 11-months and is now complaining that he is not getting a refund? Does that sound reasonable to you?
If so, please avoid me as I will not be willing to provide you with a refund a year later either.
Refunds 45-60 days later is perfectly reasonable but 1-year later is just not.

Misrepresentation by Gary Jezorski about Refund.
The response by Gary Jezorski is a misrepresentation. It takes months to open the account because of difficulties in funding and completing documentation using E-Gold, and then funding an E-Gold account. The training was not used until after the account was set up and an investment could be made. There was no time limit put on the guarantee other than it would double within 45 days after investing. There was no advice that could be obtained before the account was set up and funded.
After the accounts was set up, I called up Gary Jezorski to ask about the guarantee. He stated at that time that it applied from the time the account was first funded, not from when the information was purchased.
As soon as the account was funded, contact was made with Gary Jezorski and currencyexchangeprofits.com that claimed at that time that the guarantee was still in effect from the day the account was funded.
I complied with their instructions, and asked for the refund within 60 days after the account was funded. But any reader can go to http://www.currencyexchangeprofits.com and read their guarantee and see for yourself.
For anyone else that has complaints, I suggest that they also file a complaint with http://www.chicago.bbb.org. For further action contact the Attorney General in Illinois and US Postal Inspector.
In order to deceive me into inactivity, Mr. Jezorski called after my posting to this website and promised that I would be getting a refund. Just in case he was lying, I decided to check to see if he posted something different to this report, which he did.
In the State of NJ a civil suit for breach of contract can be filed for which punitive damages can be sought under the NJ Punitive Damages Act. Be sure to investigate your recourse with the Federal Trade Commission.
Mr. Jezorki is now also selling other internet marketing schemes. He is asking other people to advertise DXINONE so that they become part of the scam of selling this fraud to the public and collect commissions for doing so.
Ask Yourself this Question...
If this is so lucrative and easy to do, why on God's earth is he selling it to you instead of getting rich doing it himself?
The answer is he makes his money duping people out of their hard earned bucks.
If anyone ever says that you will become wealthy without working very hard, and they aren't your rich uncle's lawyer; IT'S A SCAM!!!

There was no time limit given in the advertisements within which the application for guarantee must be made.
There was no particular time that the trading had to commence after the purchase of the training only that the trading occur over a period of 45 days from the commencement of trading. Since they are still selling the same system at the same time that any previous purchaser commenced trading and does so for 45 days, what difference should it make if a purchaser starts several months after purchasing, as long as the system is still guaranteed to double profits within 45 days of trading.

What Ricardo is asking for is DOUBLE his money back after using the system for almost a year and I told him that I will never do that... never.
If you beleive it's reasonable to use a person's product and live phone support for 11 months and then ask for double your money back, please do not join any of my programs.

I am also a misled customer
I purchased by a typical affiliate recommnendation the CurrencyExchangeProfit system.
After one week, even having investing in egold and open my DXINONE account, I was very confusing and USD 300 is too much money for a system not really working.
The system is not at all as easy as Gary explain in its page.
I tried to ask just a refund (not what Gary says in his page about honoring double guarantee).
A certain Carlos answered me with some bad arguments and I have lost my investment EVEN gary promise to refund.
Today I discovered your page and it is a great pleasure for me to inform anybody trying to invest in VerticalMarketing to no do it !!

so far all this program tells me is asking me to promote and sell this program.
It doesn't tell me a lot about eCurrency at all.
I have try to contact Gary several times on the phone numbers listed on the website as well as members page but all i get is an answering machine.
I could not even speak to Gary at all.
Now i would like to get my money back.
