This is about a Mold Remediation company located in Fort Collins, Colorado called One Day Mold Removal Inc.

One Day Mold Removal Inc. travels from state to state to do their work!

One Day Mold Removal Inc. traveled into the State of California to remediate the home we were living in of Toxic Mold in January of 2006.

One Day Mold Removal fogged the home we were living in and all of our belongings with a pesticide that is 'ILLEGAL' in the State of California.

The Department of Pesticide Regulations and The County of Sacramento Department of Agriculture Weights and Measures were forced to issue a Cease and Desist order against One Day Mold Removal Inc.

One Day Mold Removal Inc. removed the mold infested drywall without containment or cleanup.

This allowed the Toxic Mold to spread throughout the home we were living in...to make matters worse Jeffery Jones employee (Son of the owner Richard Sinor) for One Day Mold Removal Inc. then over sprayed the pesticide which left a heavy slimy residue destroying all of our personal belongings including Furniture, Bedding, Clothing and Electronics, etc with his misapplication.

One Day Mold Removal informed us to re-enter the home 12 hours after treatment. When my family entered the home we were living in we were exposed to a very strong odor from the pesticide causing burning eyes and coughing to occur.

Using my better judgment I told my family that we could not stay the night in this house and would need to check into a hotel.

This was the start of a 42 day hotel stay due to their negligence. The following day clearance testing was done on the home to prove that the Toxic mold had not been remediated completely.

However, testing proved that the Toxic Mold was still at high levels after One Day Mold Removals treatment.

Furthermore, it was at this point we were informed that we could not re-enter the home even to collect any of our personal belongings.

After further investigation it has been determined that One Day Mold Removal did not attain the proper City Licenses or Permits and also doesn't hold a valid California Contractors License.

A second remediation company was hired to decontaminate the botched work by One Day Mold Removal Inc. and there incompetent employee Jeffery Jones the owner of JJ's Subs LLC in Fort Collins, Colorado.

We contacted owner (Richard Sinor) of One Day Mold Removal Inc. and asked him for the name of his insurance company...he said he did not have any insurance...he continued to say that the line of work he is in makes it impossible to get insurance!

We have tried work out this problem amicably and negotiate this problem with Richard Sinor Owner of One Day Mold Removal Inc.

But, he preferred to spend thousands of dollars on hiring an attorney and private investigators to discredit us. Richard Sinor and Jeffrey Jones are refusing to take responsibly of their actions.

There distributor Modec Inc. has since revoked the ability to use any of their products and does not refer One Day Mold Removal Inc. to anyone!
