I have been a client for 5 years. I have had enough. I cant take being blamed for their bad products and horrible service any more. I paid over $6,000 for full caps. They looked okay but all the hair color washed out several times. Hair fell out a lot. Richard Farrell and his Tijuana henchwoman Loura Farrell said I was being hard on my systems even though I have worn hair for 16 years. No matter what happened with my systems it was my fault and I had to pay more money.

Last year I ordered two more hair systems after Richard gave me a 'special' price of $4800. I put half money down on my credit card and after 15 weeks they said my hair was still being worked on in their factory. Meanwhile my other hair lost color and I had big bald spots where hair had fallen out. Loura Farrell said they would fix my hair while I waited and said they would do it for free because my new systems were taking 15 weeks to get done instead of 6 weeks like they promise. I was stunned when Loura told me I had to pay 'just like any other client. You are not special' she told me.

I finally ordered hair from an online company for 1/10 of the price of Farrell and the hair still came before my Farrell hair did. For a fraction of the cost of Farrell hair, I got better hair where the color doesn't change and the hair doesn't fall out in clumps.

I called the LA Better Business Bureau and they said to me 'if you signed their agreement, there is nothing we can do.'

I feel sorry for anyone who chooses Farrell. The people who run Farrell are not good people. Richard is nothing like he is in their videos. With the tons of money they make off people like me, they are moving their ripoff operation to a larger building to victimize more people and they are getting more and more plastic surgery that we pay for. Loura has changed her appearance more than Michael Jackson.

Warning: weather you are poor or rich, dont go to Farrell Hair. They dont care about you or your hair. They only care about making money and blaming you for their mistakes.
