illinois, IllinoisI was fradulently signed up by Mr.Matt of this Affiliate-inc for a home based business that will pay $100 per day.
The amount taken from me for the same was taken as hosting fee $165 and the company gave a promise of refund as below.However i have been requesting a refund for almost a month now and the person say i must get it from the hosting company, when Affiliate -inc and this Mr.Matt are the one who gave me the personal guarantee.
Even worse they have modified their web pages

THIS IS A MAJOR SCAM COMPANY AND ARE OUT TO CHEAT INNOCENT PEOPLE OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY. PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO STOP THEM.
PLEASE FIND ATTACHED COPY OF MY LAST MAIL TO THEM:
i am getting no where and am not earning any money as you have promised in your web page , so please either show me a way to make $100 a day ,every day or you refund my domain name and hosting amount of $165.00/- immediately, as per your personal gaurantee as shown at the bottom of the page.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE HOSTING COMPANY HAS NOT GIVEN ANY GAURANTEE ON REFUND ,IT IS YOU Mr.MATT.
SO BE A PROPER BUSINESS MAN AND SO WHAT YOU SAY. PLEASE DON'T BEHAVE OTHERWISE, IT IS ONLY A SHAME TO YOU AND YOUR COUNTRY FOLKS.

To whom it may concern;
We have tried several times to contact this person by email. Unfortunately because of the increasing amount of spam on the internet, not all emails that we sent will reach the inbox of our customers.
Please note that the reply we sent regarding the money back guarantee, did reach this person straight away.
This person received the full website package completely free of charge so no refund can be given on the website package as it is free and no money was paid for the package. The only payment that was made was for a domain name and hosting with a hosting company, not us.
There is a 30 day money back guarantee from the hosting company. (like most hosting companies have a money back guarantee) We have notified this person to request his money back from the hosting company as he registered within the 30 days. It is not a problem at all to receive a full refund from the hosting costs.
However, as we mentioned this to this person, to receive a refund from your hosting costs you would need to contact the hosting company.
I guess a lot of people are being ripped-off on the internet so I fully understand why people are not very trusting towards internet businesses like ours.
Again, I apologies to you madam or sir. I am sorry you did not fully understand that you CAN receive a full refund from your hosting company within 30 days. This is exactly what we advised to do.
I will take this complaint seriously and will advise the owners of Affiliate-Inc.
