Snohomish, WashingtonWe canceled our account with CI Host on May 28, 2005 at the end of our pre-paid two year contract; two years later almost to the day, May 27, 2007, we received a collection letter from Fidelity Credit Management demanding $240.00 plus interest of 45.37.
This is the first we've heard of any outstanding debt with CI Host; and our account at the company, still available online(?), shows no outstanding debt.
Administrative error? We think not. We believe it's simple extortion.
