Ripoff Report Verified Safe

I worked as a manager for Aramark in the William Penn School District for one year and had many high praise from many of the teachers and principles as well as workers of the school district. I took this job because it was so close to where I lived, approximately 3 miles.

When I began questioning why different things weren't being repaired in the schools, such as doors not working, playground equipment I thought was unsafe, an unoccupied building at Quarry street that has bad wiring, mold and many other dangerous substances as the supply house, and several other things I saw that I felt needed fixing to keep the children safe, I was promptly transferred to another Aramark account that was 2 hours and twenty minutes from me...one way! It was in York, Pa. and I was being told that it would only be temporary.

When I informed my supervisor Oliver that I did not want to do this job, because it was so far away, I was told I had no choice. I had to give my resignation, and then was told by my supervisor that he may or may not pay me for vacation time the company owed me.

I then informed the school district chief officers of the dangers that concerned me, which prompted a threatening phone call from the Aramrk legal department that I was to stop spreading these accusations.

First, they are not accusations and proof can be offered.
Second, Aramark has absolutely no right to tell me that I cannot tell the school district of my concerns.
Third, the public has a righ to know of any dangers that I believe might be at the school district.

I want the people of the great school district of William Penn to know that there are several things they may want to check into and be aware of.

Manager B, I agree with you fully about Aramark. They have many complaints lodged against them for various reasons, so you should take some comfort in knowing you are not alone.

Bring this report, and the ones I have enclosed with you if you need to go to court. There are too many complaints against them for anyone to ever believe them. They try to scare people out of telling the truth to the world. The se are all complaints about different things againsy Aramark. Even harrassment and predjudice.
