I was off to a good start with two difficult to acquire kudo awards as a contributing member of Zimbio.com's writing community. The Zimbio site allows people to open topics of their interest to create what they call 'Wikizines' also known as digital magazines. I had opened 5 Wikizine topics in 3 weeks and spent a significant amount of time, nearly 20 labor hours, developing content for each topic.

The process of contributing to Zimbio is after choosing a topic, the member develops their Wikizine using various tools, adding content in the form of articles. This process is time consuming primarily due to Zimbio's slow servers. After the Wikizine completes its review stage by editors, it goes from 'draft' to published mode.

All of my Wikizines were published and approved by its editors. These Wikizines have been up the past three weeks. But when a cyberstalking predator I had forewarned Zimbio about began harassing the Zimbio staff related to my articles about him, they censored my lawful articles by removing them without question. In spite of the strong evidence I had provided of the predator's infamous on-line reputation as a public figure, Zimbio's owner Danny Khatib chose to censor my articles related to him under the Wikizine entitled 'Cyberstalkers, Predators & Kooks.' After the article had reached near the top of the Google search engine, it was removed and remained a humiliating dead link there.

Mr. Khatib, acting as overseer of me as if I was working for him as his employee, requested in an email that I call him long distance to discuss his removing the articles. When I spoke with him, it wasn't for any other purpose but to firmly tell me his decision was final. He ignored all of my comments related to his humiliating action against me, not to mention violation of my First Amendment Rights. He wrongfully chose to view the dispute as defamatory in nature. I was extremely polite and kind in my conversation with Mr. Khatib, but he faintly threatened to remove my other Wikizines that he said were 'allowed' to remain on his site.

Though I forewarned Mr. Khatib about the nature of a predator stalking me on-line, he allowed the criminal to influence his perception of me and validated the criminal's complaints by unlawfully removing articles about him. Mr. Khatib refused to even consider any wrongful action he had taken against me and my work, claiming to have made a 'business decision.'

Though I had not written any articles about the predator and spent time on other topics since my last communication, Mr. Khatib fraudulently accused me of violating Zimbio's policies when I brought to his attention he removed articles he had not informed me he removed. I let Mr. Khatib know his censorship of my lawfully written material of a public figure cyberstalker violated First Amendment Rights of freedom of speech and denied me a voice as his victim. (This cyberstalker has a blog full of hate speech and libel of me, allowed by Blogger.com).

Though I did not write any further articles, Mr. Khatib still banned me from contributing to his site. He thus, 1) supported a criminal kook I informed him about prior, by acting on his behalf to remove my materials 2) did not take action in removing the criminal kook as a member after I disclosed the obscene messages to me, claiming he ssued a 'warning' to him 2) envisioned removing me as a member over my protesting the unlawful removal of the articles 3) disregarded my long hours in contributions as a member in which I received Kudos from members, using me for content for his site's benefit.

As a result of his unlawful actions against me acting as if his site is 'his' and not under the authority of the laws of the United States, Mr. Khatib's actions are being considered in a lawsuit under the causes of action of 1) emotional distress 2) fraud/misrepresentation 3) violation of another's First Amendment Rights of freedom of speech. I have never filed a lawsuit in my life, but I am strongly considering doing so under these circumstances.

Essentially, Mr. Khatib fully supported and protected an infamous widely recognized cyberstalking predator by removing articles about him at his request while allowing him to remain as a member after writing obscene material. Khatib then disallowed the original member (me) from contributing to his site in any form after a complaint about censorship. Essentially, Mr. Khatib fully supported a mentally disturbed dangerous cyberstalking criminal who was victimizing me. In the end, Khatib disregarded my polite long distance phone call he had requested. Khatib made me out to be the problem member as a result of the predator's harassment. In fact, the cyberstalking predator remains a full contributing member at the time of this writing.

In the end, Danny Khatib showed his true colors and lack of consideration of the law in granting full liberties of First Amendment Rights to a well known defamer and cyberstalking criminal while silencing me on his site without warning. In addition, he robbed me of 20 hours of my labor in developing approved informative Wikizines as if I was his employee under a contractual obligation to provide him with the content of his choice.

Khatib fraudulently misrepresented the nature of his site with these kind of unlawful activities violating my rights as a member and under the Constitution of the United States. He used me for my time and labor for the content development of his site as if I was his employee he felt free to to terminate over any at-will circumstance.
