I have left several phone messages per your phone number on the reciept that you sent with my order. There have been no return phone calls. (800-493-4853) I am disappointed with the product i recieved.

Many of the cd's that are in this JAG Box Set are not playable or are distorted disc. This is not a satisfactory product.

#2 Consumer Suggestion

Report them to the RCMP's RECOL (online crime) unit, & to the FTC

AUTHOR: P_r - (Canada)

POSTED: Thursday, September 20, 2007

Under Quebec law, if you don't live in Quebec, you can't file a complaint with the Quebec Consumer Protection Bureau against a Quebec-based company that scammed you. This is why Quebec has become a hotbed of international fraud rings.

You should report the matter immediately to the RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police)'s RECOL unit, recol.ca/complaint, and to the FTC (ftc.gov). These agencies will work with other police forces, both in Canada & the USA and internationally, to track down and prosecute the criminals involved.

Also contact newspapers and TV news organizations about the scam. The Montreal Gazette seems to be the only one to do a story on it so far, and that story ran on August 23, 2007. Given all the victims in Canada, the USA, Australia and Europe, I'd say this is something that 20/20, 60 Minutes, etc. should be made aware of.

To report Tvaddicts.tv and all the sites related to this company. First, contact MPAA and CMPDA attn: Gary Osmond. Also, try to contact Miami-Dade County police/sheriff. The person who is behind these ripoffs is Jim Michmen 12021 SW 174th Street, Miami, FL 33177 (305)677-9538 Also, report this to the Federal Trade Commission, your local bank, and www.ic3.gov (a site run by the FBI) I hope my suggestions help. I am currently in contact with Gary Osmond of the CMPDA (Canadian Motion Picture Distribution Association)
