Lenoir City, TennesseeOffered a 'free' credit report and then began debiting my account. When I called to cancel, I was told it was cancelled. They then took money out the following month. I called to ask why and was told I had elected to continue the service which is untrue. I called for a refund and was told I could not have one without a cancellation number which I never received.
