Adult Friend Finder Natalie Cedeno, Andrew Conru, (Also: Various, Inc. Medley Aquisition, Fast Cupid, Streamray, Big Church, ALT.com- etc. Palo Alto California


I am a former employee (Customer Service) of Adult Friend Finder (aka: Fast Cupid, ALT.com, Big Church, Bondage.com, Various, Inc. Medley Aquisition, etc.) I QUIT after working in an intolerable, hostile work environment. I was shown 'Rip off report' by a co-worker who was, also quite upset about the workplace ('Sweatshop') conditions we, in customer service in particular, experienced. On 'Rip Off Report.com' it has been, previously reported: 'DESPITE ANDREW CONRU MAKING OVER $150 MILLION DOLLARS HE CUTS HIS EMPLOYEES BONUSES AND HAS THEM WORK IN SWEATSHOP CONDITIONS.' This is absolutely TRUE. His Director of Human Resources, (aka: Andrew Conru's 'Right arm') is NATALIE CEDENO. She is in charge of the companies personnel, operations, and is responsible for how the employees are treated-etc. On a company profile Ms. Cedeno states she: 'Was AN INTERROGATOR IN DESERT STORM.' (Which could describe her callous, strong arm bullying of many Friend Finder employees who will not 'Keep quiet' about many of the fraudulent business practices AND employee treatment under Natalie Cedeno.)

It is difficult to believe someone who claims to have been in the Armed Services treats innumerable employees as 'The ENEMY' and, has absolutely NO Human Resources/employment college background. Ms. Cedeno is a 'With me or against me' mentality and has consistently broken employee's rights with her threats of 'Discipline' (Including intimidation and verbal threats) and 'Dismissal' (For reporting fraudulent company policy, hostile work conditions-etc.) The customer service department works 24x7. About two months ago everyone received an email (from Cedeno) saying that there 'HAS BEEN AN OUTBREAK OF SCABIES. and that 'The carpets will be cleaned.' They never were cleaned (only vacuumed.)

The employees are responsible for cleaning their own desks (and a co-worker finally cleaned out the refrigerator.) There is/was rotten food in the refigerator, which permiates through the department, and months old GARBAGE between the desks and often flowing out of the trash cans. In the (company) bathroom, there were numerous times there was NOT even any toilet paper; in the lunchroom often no (coffee) paper cups were provided. They force people (Under threat of 'Disciplinary action' to work the Holidays. (You have to 'request' to get Christmas-etc. off; Holidays are not automatically given!)

IF you (dare) complain you can't work a holiday/weekend (as did one black manager who was DEMOTED for daring to ask for Halloween off to be with his children!) You are 'written up' and 'Spoken to' for your 'Attendance isues. Then, with people who are not the managers favorites, there is: 'Mandatory overtime'. Besides myself, there are many employees who complained because they WERE NOT PAID for the hours they worked! Being shorted 5-8-or more hours of pay (per month.)

Recently, Natalie Cedeno (trying to hide the several law suits?) Offered $200,000 for charity. Could this be because of the BROKEN PROMISES of September 23, 2007, in which we were told (In a meeting): 'OUR COMPANY IS MERGING WITH ANOTHER COMPANY WITHIN THEW MONTH! WE WILL SPLIT THE $15 MILLION DOLLARS AMONG OUR PERMANENT EMPLOYEES.' In truth, None of us received a dime and believe, we never will (Broken company promises.) In fact, they are firing employees who (dare) mention this fact. Anyone who may be interested in working for this company--unless you are a masochist, DON'T APPLY!--the law will (hopefully) catch up with them one day. Adult Friend Finder and it's (20 or more) websites is the MOST corrupt, greedy, unethical company I have ever worked for. A. Palo Alto, California
