Well, to visit the place two to three times a week is a waste of time, and if you don't do as you're told, then they call you and hound you about it. I was called at work a couple of times. That happened to me; then I had trouble paying up; I was later dismissed from the program. Well, they can eat my shorts. The Pure Weight Loss Centers are nothing but a bunch of turkeys. Jenny Craig will now be taking care of those who have unexpired accounts, and I think the Jenny Craigs can be turkeys, too. Watching what you eat and behavior modification is the way to go along with exercise.
