I won an auction of 4 laptops on liquidation.com. The total amount they invoiced was transfered to their bank in time. After a few days I received an e-mail from liquidation.com that they demanded additional payment. Instead of paying I refused it and requested a refund. I sent many e-mails to them.

Their computer automatically sent this answer
'A request has been sent to create your refund, please allow 5-7 business days to receive. If you have any additional questions, please contact the Buyer Relations Department at 1-800-498-1909'.

I tried to call this number but there was no one to answer. It was in October 2007. Up to this day I have not received neither the laptops nor the money (over $2000 ). These guys at Liquidation.com are not simply rip-off artists they are fraud. I suggest Liquidation.com should not be trusted with your money.
