my husband bought the freedom plan from MPINGI in March 2007.

On the contrary of their commitments and lucrative statements to make n no. of calls from USA to India.... their India Office people wasnt able to give proper support for installation of the instruments.

so we returned the devices and cancelled the subscription.

To our surprise, they pulled about $400 from our bank with out our consent and upon asking told us that they deducted the cancellation charges and commitment money which was never told before hand at the time of subscription. They never got any document signed from us regarding their so called terms and conditions for charging us.

We felt cheated and fraud as they asked our bank details for charging us monthly rental and upon cancellation they misused the information given.

We are still asking the details from their account department in Sunnyvale and their customer call toll free no. but no once ever responded to us properly.

Their customer call people told that Ms. Sonia is the owner of the company so we contacted her directly for this issue. Now the owner of the company says she cant do anything as she is mere an employee and have to wait for the details from accounts.

Till date we are waiting for the refund....we are cheated as they never told that upon cancellation they will charges us so much.


I Suggest never to trust this company as they have the worst counter part in India. They will send u 2 devices for installation and just imagine they want our parents or family to install these devices just on a tele support.

How can you expect your parents who are old enough to understand technology to install their devices at back home? My parents are in Lucknow, and their technical support people will ask you to make STD call to their chennai office for configuration details.

MPINGI SAY THINGS WHICH ARE LUCRATIVE BUT CHEAT YOU THE WAY AS YOU WILL BE STRUGGLING FOR INSTALLATION FOR ABOUT A MONTH AND MEANWHILE THEIR REFUND PERIOD WILL BE FINISHED WHICH IS OF 30 DAYS AND THEN THEY WILL PULL ALL MONEY FROM UR BANK TELLING VARIOUS CHARGES ETC ETC.

Mu husband got the plan canceled in June 2007. And we are still waiting for details and refund.
