A buyer purchases a vehicle in another state, what happens if the vehicles condition was misrepresented (?)

All of a sudden the vehicle is dropped off in your drive way, you pull the cover off, and.... It's A Lemon!
The vehicle looks NOTHING like it did in the photographs, nothing was mentioned about the brakes not working, tires needing replaced, etc...

WHAT HAPPENS NOW? (This is one of the number one concerns 'non internet savvy' individuals often worry about)
