The Better Business Bureau in Las Vegas is a complete and total scam.

Sylvia Campbell is being named specifically in this complaint.

We have been working on a weekly basis to resolve consumer complaints through this office with a point of contact Syvlia Campbell. She has been completely rude and impossible to deal with to have matters resolved with the BBB she represents. The BBB requires businesses to pay for a listing which is ridiculous because whether or not consumers have an issue or complaint to file against a business, this information is displayed for everyone to see, member or not. Browsing through other complaints against BBB's across the country this doesn't look like a new thing at all. Companies that pay the fee to register as a member typically have satisfactory ratings even with outstanding complaints. Our company refuses to pay a fee to the BBB and therefore we are made the end of claims based on false pretense.

The company has taken every step and jumped through every hoop presented by Sylvia Campbell to resolve the complaints filed against us. Does that mean our company in any shape or form has ignored the complaint claims posted with the BBB. NO!?! In fact, the dealing with the BBB has been on a weekly basis with the SAME PERSON, Sylvia Campbell. The worst part is that Syvlia Campbell has taken this to another level by claiming to the media and press that the business has ignored the complaints listed with the BBB and is therefore an unsatisfactory and potentially bad company to do business with?

Did she forget the weekly phone conversations and continued work to resolve these matters? NO SHE DIDN'T! This has become ludicrous as her words and actions have harmed the potential growth of the company based on her apparent forgetfulness and lack of intelligence to the matter even after WEEKLY work being done to suffice the BBB. She is a liar and a thief after telling us that she could bring our business to a satisfactory rating by paying their fees and registering with the BBB. Syvlia Campbell is not and will never be a customer of our business and therefore cannot legitimately pass judgement against us and stepped out of her daily job requirements to do so against the business. The defamatory comments made by Sylvia about the business are unacceptable and without merit.

Why is this posted here and not against the BBB itself?

If anyone has a complaint against the Better Business Bureau, you can't file it with the Better Business Bureau. THEY ARE NOT A MEMBER OF THEIR OWN ORGANIZATION. The BBB has no authority over businesses and no significant legal influence with state or county authorities. They however market themselves as having that kind of authority. This succeeds to dupe consumers into thinking that their complaints will actually be heard by someone who can or will do something about it. In fact this means NOTHING. Sylvia has made this worse and stepped outside of her daily duties to make false and derogatory claims when she knows good and well that the business has taken every step she has asked to be taken to resolve the matter.
This is WRONG. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

THE BBB in Las Vegas is a scam. Sylvia Campbell is a LIAR.
