BBB Houston Texas location employees are rude, unknowledgeable, and there supervisors love to make a conversation one sided. For example Dina Turner likes to give her personal opinion on certain companys. Regardless if that certain company has no discrepancys or not. Wonder if thats in her job title. BBB lovesto put down companys that are not members. Perhaps if they lowered there costs for companys it wouldnt be a hardship. So if you are a business owner and someone lies about your company WATCH OUT BBB will see that your not a member and say what ever they want about your company. And if your a consumer and want to know about a company DONT rely on the BBB for the truth. As a owner of a large company , That I am, I wouldnt join BBB if it was free. And for some odd reason if you think i would sit here and waste my time writing this call Dina Turner and talk to her for two min. and see how uneducated she is or speak with Ms. Cooper.
