Emerson, New JerseyWe bought the Invisible Fence over four months ago. It was the middle of winter and the rep told us that they could not bury the wires for the fence until the spring. What they did was put the wires around our house and promised us that they would bury them come spring.
It is now the middle of April and the wires are still not buried. I have called the company many times and they promised me they would be buried as soon as they get to us. The phone rep told me today that they start in Southern NJ and work their way up to New Hampshire.
The problem is this. I can't mow my lawn until the wires are buried. I have to let my lawn grow until they bury the wires. My lawn is the longest in the neighborhood.
They can't give me a date when the wires will be buried and I can not ask for a refund because I actually like the product. I have no other recourse than this but I will never reccommend their product. I am basically over a barrell here as I can't get rid of the fence but am forced to wait until they bury the wires.
