I signedup for this 'pay to try offers/surveys/memberships/etc' ste; when I reached $25 and requested payout, I was pointed to their terms per which I need to signup and try at least one offer a month (not mentioned in their FAQ); I did that over the next month or so and signed upfor offers; after signing up 13 offers, I had reached $122.35 (as reported by the company to me thru email as well as shown in my user account). I claimed $121 payout; per their term, the first payment will be paid on the 15th of the month after the month the request was made. They also requested more details about me including my celll phone number.

My request was on March 21, 2008. I waited patiently until Apil 19, continuing to check their site (they also credit my account $0.03 for each message I get sent and clicked).

On April 19, I sent them a support message requeting if my payment has been processed. I also politely brought to their attention their terms and the fact that it was 4 days past the payment due date.

Lo and behold, on April 20 I find my account is terminated!

There needs to be action on them as well as the companies they made me member of, as these companies are also part of the mis-information scam operation knowingly or unknowingly!

I have all the correspondence to prove these statemens, except of course no way to prove my earnings as my site is no more accessible!
