sacramento, CaliforniaSamantha Pham convinced my father to cash out his retirement so he could give her 200K in exchange for a mortgage loan for some monthly payments. After she got the cash she simply closed her office and stopped returning phone calls. Her partner Peter Lai notarized the transactions. We are hoping to pursue her in civil court. Watch out for them!!
