I am very let down by this company. Their website makes them look legit and so do the mailing materials that they send you. They say that if you don't like the amount they offer you in the check, that you are allowed to send it back within ten days and get your items back.

The catch is though, is they time that ten days from the moment they SUPPOSEDLY mail the check. I went on their website to track my package and after 3 days it showed up as being received and processed, yet why did it take EIGHT DAYS for my check to arrive?!

I have many friends in Florida whom we send packages and letters to one another and it never takes any more than THREE DAYS to get the items to and from North Carolina (where I live) and Florida. And today is Saturday too. They count Sunday as a day even though the mail doesn't run on Sundays.

I sent them OVER HALF A POUND of platinum, gold, and silver. Yes, OVER HALF A POUND. One necklace in itself was appraised at a couple local pawn shops for $180 because it was made of platinum and gold and had a large heavy platinum heart charm on it. I know all the jewelry is real because it was all bought myself or handed down to me from my grandmother, yet the note they sent along with the check claims most of the items are not authentic and have no value.

THE CHECK THEY SENT ME WAS FOR $4.00. FOUR DOLLARS.

Then I call them and I am told I have to not only return the check to them by this Monday but also give them $15 if I want my stuff back?

That is totally ridiculous.

I feel sorry for anyone else who has fallen and will fall for their rip off scam of a company, and whoever these big time companies are that they claim they are backed with should be reported as rip off scams as well.
