I was also ripped off by the same company. I paid $3000 for coaching and they told me that I would get a lead generating website that generated leads for me and a lot of leads from them.

That was a total Scam! The website that Promoter Online gave me was a piece of CRAP that my 12 year old son could have built. and it didn't generate me ANY LEADS AT ALL. They made all these promises but did not fulfill. Promoter Online claims that you get so many visitors but my stats show way less than what their report says. They lied to me about how many visitors my site got and how many leads. PLUS the leads were awful and no-one ever became a client because of it. I cancelled the Promoter Online service after the first couple of months. $200 a month for NOTHING.

I finally ended up going with another company out of Utah that was MUCH BETTER. Called Real Estate Promoter. they have a really good website and I'm getting real leads and real business.

Time for Class Action Lawsuit. I have evidence of fraud against Coaching Institute

I am a former employee and I have all of the seminars on DVD or VHS. I have proof of most of what they say is fraudulent.

Most of the instructors have NEVER been licensed or NEVER practiced Real Estate. The examples they use are untrue and manufactured.

The only way these people have ever made money is by getting you to write a check. Not one of them makes money from being involved in an active real estate practice.

So when the material information of what they say entices you to buy and that information is untrue that is fraud.

I just what a law firm to begin a class action law-suit. I have documents, recordings, threats from the owner and Video to prove anything.

I was terminated because I wanted to clean the company up. I told Craig Hendricks that the company would grow exponentially if we actually provided a service that was congruent with what was promised.

Most of the speakers are classified as independent contractors which is also against IRS code.

Coaching Institute Response for Vilt

While Vilt's concerns seem to primarily be directed at Promoter Online's services rather than at Coaching Institute we will attempt to address his issues.

Vilt's primary purchase from Coaching Institute was coaching services as outlined in his contract. While Coaching Institute's services are effective on their own, we also partner with other businesses to provide our clients with tools to assist with building their business. Promoter Online is one of the services clients can sign up for through Coaching Institute. Clients signing up through Coaching Institute receive a discounted rate for these third-party services.

Promoter Online carries it's own contracts and agreements that clients enter into. However, if clients sign up for Promoter Online through Coaching Institute, their setup and design fees of $2846.85 are waived and the client gets a 30-day free trial at Promoter Online's premier marketing level. It is the clients' decision whether or not to continue with Promoter Online's services after the 30-day trial period.

Coaching Institute's contract clearly states, Client agrees that the primary component of this package is Coaching, which is the only product delivered directly by Coaching Institute.All other products are provided by third-party vendors who may waive or change their fees at their discretion. Fees are accurate at the time of printing These vendors provide their own product warranties and may require separate agreements for support and/or maintenance Additional products and services may be available from third-party vendors and are not included in this agreement.

Coaching Institute has thousands of satisfied clients and thousands of testimonials ascribing to significant life changes upon completion of our program. Such testimonials can be viewed on our website at www.coachinginstitute.com. We also provide each of our clients with a written guarantee that states if you have not earned or saved at least twice the cost of your tuition within twelve months of your purchase, we will continue coaching you until you do. We stand behind our guarantee 100% and continue to encourage Vilt to partake in the coaching services he contracted for. He still has the opportunity to benefit from the investment he made in himself.
