If you want to incorporate your business stay far away from these people. They will make you send them, tons of ID, including passport records, utility bills, etc... claiming that they are opening your account, but they don't. Instead after you send them all the documents and payment, they open bank accounts in your name. And start credit lines, being that they now have your id. It is unfortunate, that to incorporate a business you must send the legitimate company your ID, and money. So fake/scam companies take advantage of this, and it becomes a huge gamble/risk. Now that they have all of your documents/ID, and money , they open bank accounts. I am now $20,000 in debt. And now I must attempt to resolve this with the bank, but they aren't being too helpful. Stay far away from incorporation24.com, they will claim to have incorporated your business, but the truth is they don't. If you don't believe me, contact Jordans (for those incorporating in the Seychelles through incorporation24) Jordans does not recieve the money, although incorporation24 claims they do. Jordans in turn hold the IBC, so that you can not own it. Protect yourselves from the likes of these individuals.
