EBOOST MEDIA company contacted me to place my company on the front pages search engines Yahoo and Google. At first I was interested but the price threw me off. $99 set up and $159 a month. I told them I wasnt interested bc of the price. It was too much. Well the rep called me back four times leaving messages. Then leaving me a voice mail saying they would cut the price to $50 the first month and $99 each month. I was concerned with my rights as a customer. They stated money back guaranteed . After the manager got on the phone and convinced that the program worked and I would be number one, he gave me the customer service number and told me I can cancel anytime. I went with the order.

After ten days I called back and could not find my name anywhere to be found. The number I called was a number to customer service but to their competitors customer service number. I was outraged! After finding their website I contacted the EBoost media and am still battling with the FRAUD COMPANY STILL!!! My Bank is handeling it for me.

STAY AWAY!!! THEY ARE FRAUD!!!!

Jon....thank you for proving my point

AUTHOR: Reece Williams - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, August 02, 2008

Your obsession with when my friend and I posted our rebuttal is a joke. Your opinion at this point doesn't mean anything. I find your comments to be comical.
Feel free to bash eboostmedia as much as you like, we know the truth, and it is obvious you really don't have much of anything going on in your life. Oh, and the recorded phone message, I am sure the customer had put someone up to that recording as a set up. I would love to see what phone number showed up on his caller id when the call was made. Talk about lies......

eBoost lies in rebuttal again.

AUTHOR: Jon Oblad - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, July 31, 2008

Teresa said she and her good friend/customer Reece replied from the same account at the same time.

Look at the timestamps of the posts. They are five days apart. The excuses and denials are not convincing.

This company is not being honest. Period.

Furthermore, I find it ironic that since a recent story on a customer being cranked called with profanity, insults and slurs by eBoost Media internet, that eBoost's own web site says that they are not reachable by telephone. This supposed "phone upgrade" has been going on since the date of the story being published. They keep updating the dates, but no customer can call for support.

The facts are: when caught in a lie, eBoost rebuts with another lie. June 19 and June 24 are not the same time.

Additionally, when I google the term "eboost media" I get links to ripoff report, dozens of stories about the crank call, and companies with similar names insisting they are not eBoost Media and deplore the type of fraudulent SEO work they are doing. Eboost's own home page doesn't show up on the first page of google results. This is the very work they are supposed to be experts at.

Once again, how exactly can an SEO service deliver what is promised when all this bad press and consumer fraud alert is what comes up when on searches for eBoost?

TO JON Regarding Reece and Teresa with same account...

AUTHOR: Reece Williams - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 30, 2008

First of all, ANYONE is welcome to visit our office. Second, Jon, did it ever accure to you that Reece is my good friend/customer and we BOTH rebuttled at the same time from my computer on my account. I think people just like to get caught up in something they are not 100% sure of, eBoostMedia is not a scam, we are not located up in the mountains in a trailor somewhere that we can take peoples money and run. Our company is very large. We put people through a 3rd party verifcation that is recorded, the customer has the right to agree with the terms or disagree during the 3rd party verification. I take this personal because I would not work for a company that does anything unethical. I am a Christian woman and take pride in what I do and where I work. We help people prosper in their business, we have many clients that are very happy and satisfied.

I wonder how many of you have got complaints in the business you do...I am sure everyone has.

We never stated that we are a perfect company, I have yet to find one in any indusrty.

From,
TERESA & REECE

Customer comment "Reece" and "Emplyee Teresa" posted from same account.

AUTHOR: Jon Oblad - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 23, 2008

I believe that this "accident" in the defense of the company given in the rebuttals above should tell potential customers to consider the original complaint to be valid. Two of these rebuttals were posted from the same account. One says she is a happy customer, Reece. The second one, posted from the Reece account, is signed Teresa and she says she is an employee. This is the exact type of deceptive online defense and marketing that screams "warning" in my opinion.

Why would such a company lie, as proven above?

Additionally, if this company can get you better google ranking, why are the second and third hits on page 1 when you google them warnings about them being scammers? If they cannot even manage their own google results, how can they possibly deliver such results for you, the consumer?

I believe this complaint. I think the evidence the company is deceptive has been proven in the duplicate account rebuttals above.

RUDE AND UNPROFFESIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

AUTHOR: Tabatha - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, July 08, 2008

I was told by my sales person Dan that I would be "guaranteed" to be the first on top of Yahoo & Google...I waited over 3 weeks! I never made it to the first page! He put me on the phone with his manager, he told me the same thing! When I finnaly got through to customer service after talking to several people, I was tranfered to Annette, she was rude, unproffesional and "promised" me 1 month free of charge, lies, lies and more lies! I told her I wanted a refund and she told me it wouldn't be a problem, 6 weeks later, still not showing a refund on my credit card statement!

eBoost Media is NOT a scam!

AUTHOR: Reece Williams - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 24, 2008

I work at eBoost Media. We are not a scam, we have many testimonials from our loyal clients. We also have a 94% customer retention rate! Our work is honest, we help businesses grow. We might make a few mistakes, however we do what ever it takes to correct them.

I take pride in what I do, we sell an awsome product. Even company's like Coca-Cola or Nike get complaints. Anyone can put their opions on the net, however bashing is not nice.

EBOOST MEDIA.........NOT A SCAM........SOMEONE IS CONFUSED!!

AUTHOR: Ashley - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 17, 2008

I have just read the one and ONLY negative report on us on this website. There are several facts that don't coincide with any of our policies. First of all, we have over 10,000 clients and ONE report is filed, that in itself says something. Secondly, we do NOT negotiate pricing, and most likely this person had received multiple companies similar to ours calling her business, which may have led her to think it was the same company being that some of our competitors offer very similar services.

As far as getting the "Wrong customer service phone number", we have a very capable customer service department and nothing to hide, our phone number is 888-389-0532, AGAIN, sounds like a similar company was contacting her simultaneously and this woman didn't differentiate that we were NOT THE SAME COMPANY. Unwarranted reports with no BACK UP of this supposed incident are what can really destroy new/small companies, so I would urge others not to believe all that you see and there is absolutley no truth/proof to this complaint, we have several thousand happy clients and if you'd like to contact us we can actually DIRECT anyone to people we have placed that are currently in the top position on the page and are getting exactly what we promised them. THanks.
