Submitted initial paperwork to court but did not send me a copy as promised. Content of initial report was as generic and rubber stamped as it gets... and basically pleaded exactly what is covered at beginning of court session for all defendants to hear; a total waste of paper! Court denied my appeal. I chose to go to trial and submitted paperwork as directed by 'Scott' of TicketBust with 22 days before my court date. Two days before going to court I had to call to find out what I was supposed to do and then received a copy of a generic list of defense statements, and was told to pick three and plead them to the court. Before any case was heard, the court went down a laundry list of statements, by the charging officer, that responded to and nullified every one of the defense statements provided by Ticketbust. Then I discovered that while all other defendants were called in alphabetical order for their hearing, I was held until I was the last of approx 30 cases. Since all the defenses provided by Ticketbust had already been nullified, I proceeded to present the defenses provided for the camera ticket I received and based on not being the driver and the photo being to blurry to tell who was actually driving. The charging officer actually identified me specifically based on my forehead, my sun glasses and my hat all of which he was not able to define how he knew they were mine by any form of specific description. I was found guilty in spite of the fact he could not explain how he could identify the hat or sun glasses as mine. When I contacted Ticketbust to request a refund under their guarantee, I was initially ignored until I became such a pest that they mailed me a statement that said I was not in compliance with the guarantee requirements but did not state what I had not complied with. I submitted an appeal but have not since been able to get any response from them. This company is clearly a pure RIPOFF service.
