If anyone knows of this problem, please let me know, I am writing to the various states attorney's in each city I have identified and the FBI for possible charges or investigation.

After a very suspicious transaction as indicated below, I began to follow up with my investigative intuition. I Google the various addresses, telephone numbers, research the local white pages and yellow pages to the ciies given, e-mail sights and 800 and regular telephone numbers for anyone that was listed as a contact, I checked for the banks history, Banaks home office, called the number provided by the internet and was referred to another phone with an 800-266-7277 service number for Compass Bank.

All in all, if it sounds wrong, looks wrong and feels wrong, it is..

This site was instrumental to alert me of the possible miss conduct and abuse of the internet, Craig listing scams and fraudulent actions by scruples people looking at making a buck and providing O service or 0 product.

I was always thought, 'in business you have to have the mind of the criminal and the heart of the good guy, otherwise, wolfs will eat you alive and leave you for scarps.
I send this person a message indicating the problems of Compass Bank, and since then I received another requesting the check back. Here is what I said- Let me ask you something Shawnta, do you blame me for being cautious? There are many internet scams and when I can't get the fund verified, do you still expect me to deposit this? Every name you gave me, every number, and address has a mystery, it can't be verified. Tracking the paper is what makes things valid. I don't feel that here. I appreciate the business, but I am not a fool, nor am I stupid. I do have my resources and I assure you
I will not fall to a trap. That's why I asked for a US postal money order, not a company check. You live in Michigan, IL, your contact is in Nashville for the transport company, the check is drafted from a company I Know nothing about and who has indicated this is a scam check, I can't find reference to on the internet to the address provided for it, The bank your dealing with has the worst reputation I've seen in history, the telephone numbers are not verifiable. And you say I am a waste of time. No, I am cautious to whom and how I do business. Yes I want to sell my CJ7, but I am not accepting what I can't verify. Thank you for your interest. If you want this CJ7, send me a money order from the US post office, and then we can settle the sale.

Hello again, after last night, I was doing some research and there are too many people in this chain of event for this sale. This morning I call the bank and they told me there are no funds to cover this check. What's up with that? So here is what I say, send me a verifiable money order via the US Postal service, and then we can talk about the CJ7 again. For now to me it looks like a scam. To many people that cannot be verified or found.

I just want you to know i have sent the check out today through DHL Overnight, you will be getting it tomorrow... it carries an amount of $2450, the leftover on that goes to the shipping agent.
