No matter what company either this or another company that is giving you any type of contract and you are paying lots of money for it ALWAYS read the whole contract as the law does not require any sales person with any company to divulge all information over the phone.Also remember that I am sure that all the people that work for this company have no idea of what is truly going on behind the scenes.

National Auto Warranty is just a type of broker (Auto Warranty Processing Service) they are not actually a Warranty company. National Auto Warranty is ONLY a selling agent and they do not pay claims, send out an inspector or take monthly payments. As I see it issues should only be with this actual company and not with the warranty companies that they sell or the finance companies that they use. Most all companies like this one sell the same policies and use the same finance companies. The policies in themselves are great as long as the guidelines followed in them are adhered to. This is the same for the finance companies that they use.
Do not be confused these are all the same company.

To cancel your policy: You have 3 days after sale to cancel any warranty to get all your money back after that Send letter of cancel, notary, and the mileage to the address above. Notary and the mileage is requested due to the fact contract probably requires it (read the cancellation portion of policy). Also once your policy is cancelled your refund will be prorated based of time or mileage whichever is greater, also in the cancellation portion of policy.

Government Actions
On March 6, 2008, the Missouri Attorney General filed suit in St. Charles County Circuit Court against Dealer Services doing business as National Auto Warranty Services for sending consumers postcards and letters informing them that their warranties were about to expire, and that it was offering them their final chance to purchase a renewed, extended auto warranty. The Attorney General claimed the company failed to inform consumers that it was not affiliated with the dealers or manufacturers of the vehicle, and that it was offering to sell motor vehicle extended service contracts instead of warranties. In addition, the company violated the Missouri No Call Law by calling Missourians who were on the no call list as well as federal telemarketing laws by contacting consumers by phone and failing to honor their requests not to be called. The suit is pending.

Advertising Review. The Better Business Bureau has questioned some advertised claims contained in a mail solicitation that was sent to a consumer. The BBB brought to the firm's attention that an advertisement as a whole may be misleading although every sentence separately considered is literally true, and that misrepresentation may result not only from direct statements but by omitting or obscuring a material fact. The BBB continues to receive a pattern of complaints and reports from consumers alleging that the firm's solicitations are misleading. The company agreed to modify its advertisements but failed to do so.
