Purchased a good amount of products from Officetronics in the past month. All the products our company purchased were Hewlett Packard Printers. We went with Officetronics thinking there products were reputable. We saw very good reviews about the company on NEXTAG.com and thought Nextag would be a reputable company to trust for reviews. After I wrote a review on NEXTAG about my experience they started removing those negative reviews. I am 100% sure now that NEXTAG removes any negative comments to help the resellers and not the consumers. I have made it my personal mission to contact NEXTAG and its affiliates as well to write as many reviews about NEXTAG until they remove Officetronics as one of there dealers. They are removing any negative review about resellers makes NEXTAG not trust worthy shopping site. How we came about that Officetronics is not reputable is we bought 13 Hewlett Packard printers and every single one ended up being refurbished without any warranty. They still currently advertising these printers as new on there website. Hewlett Packard P2015 Series printers they have the lowest prices is because they are refurbished. If you bought printers that have rebates you will not be getting them because refurbished units are not eligible. Not only are they selling refurbished products as new they are doing a rebate scam on customers. I hope NEXTAG realizes they are working with a reseller that is well known to sale refurbished equipment as new. The owner and marketing director for Officetronics knows that what they are doing is illegal and they continue to do this. I have reported them to every agency and news agency and goverment agency out there about Officetronics till this date I have recieved numerous calls from these agencies and investigations are being done. It is a matter of time before this company goes down for fraud. If you dont trust this review try for yourself and buy an HP printer that advertises the lowest price on any of these shopping comparison sites and I can guarantee you will end up getting a refurbished unit. We have already purcahsed 5 units from Officetronics and is currently waiting on delivery we will video tape the package coming in from the carrier to opening and calling HP on the phone. Once we have this done we will post this video on YouTube and many other places. After this has been done we will actually make a phone call to Officetronics while on video and see what these crooks have to say about this. After this has been done we will also submit this video to there local new agencies as well. We are also working on sending a couple of our friends to there warehouse to see what kind of operation they are running. We will try to get photos of the owners and workers who are involved in this scheme.
